Observation

110-300-0165(2)(a): Small balloons were observed on the bottom shelf without a safety lock. The TR cups were found in the outlets. Small toys in the second room that pose a choking risk to younger children in care were also observed. 110-300-0165(2)(c): A cord was observed near the gate along the house wall outside, not secured to the building. Multiple hoses were observed near the shed outside. 110-300-0165(4)(e): The water temperature in the bathroom was measured at 127.1 degrees Fahrenheit. 110-300-0165(4)(f)(ii): The outdoor open stairway with no walls on either side lacked a handrail with stanchions. 110-300-0165(4)(f)(iii): The stairway inside the house did not have a pressure gate installed to keep the stairs inaccessible to children. 110-300-0165(5)(a): The outlets observed in the facility were not TR type. 110-300-0165(5)(b): An outlet near the sink was observed to be GFCI type but lacked a TR cover.
